Omelet with banana and two cheeses
I made a fantastic omelet this morning! with banana and cheese. Try it - it's delicious!
And again, a protein-rich breakfast. Oatmeal porridge. But this time baked in the oven.
Add milk, 100 g of banana (keep aside 3-4 slices of banana for the top), protein, and baking powder to oat flakes and blend everything with a blender.
Put the mass in a heat-resistant dish, which is smeared with butter. Place banana slices and 5 g chocolate pieces on top.
Place the dish in an oven heated to 180 °C and bake for ~15-20 minutes.
