Spinach Cakes (in microwave)
I saw a picture of a beautiful green cake and wanted to make one too. The healthy one, of course.
Oatmeal again. But different.
Mix oat flakes with water and sweetener and microwave for 1 minute.
Mix yoghurt with sweetener and place on top of oatmeal oat flakes.
Put salted caramel (or peanut butter) on top of the yoghurt.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, add milk (warm!), mix and top the yoghurt layer.
Put the dish in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
