Ingredients for the First layer
 40 g Whole oat flakes
 100 g Water
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for the Second layer
 100 g Natural yogurt
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for the Third layer
 25 g Salted caramel (recipe here: https://dietsabc.com/en/recipes/sala-karamele-ar-pienu-un-miltiem/) or 12 g of peanut butter without sugar, diluted with a spoonful of water and sweetener
 15 g White chocolate
 15 g Milk 2%
Directions

Mix oat flakes with water and sweetener and microwave for 1 minute.

Mix yoghurt with sweetener and place on top of oatmeal oat flakes.

Put salted caramel (or peanut butter) on top of the yoghurt.

Melt the white chocolate in the microwave, add milk (warm!), mix and top the yoghurt layer.

Put the dish in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
