Once again, one great, fast version of "hachapuri." Fast, easy and infinitely delicious!
Eggs beaten with egg whites, add cottage cheese, grated cheese, onions.
Add flour, mix the mass.
Bake on a very low heat in a pan under the lid (~ 10 min.) On one side and ~ 5 min. on the other hand.

The omelette is so soft and fluffy when cooked this way!
