 1 Egg
 120 g Banana
 10 g Cocoa
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener (if banana sweetness is not enough)
Ingredients for Sauce
 20 g Milk 2%
 15 g Dark chocolate

Blend the egg with a banana, add cocoa, sweetener, baking powder. Blend everything thoroughly.

The mass is poured into a dish suitable for a microwave oven and placed in the microwave for ~ 3-4 minutes (depending on power). I put in my oven which has 750W for 4 minutes.

Remove, "dump" on a plate. Slightly cool.
