
Chicken fillet meatballs with pumpkin and paprika
Time again for delicious, juicy chicken fillet cutlets.
I don't really want to operate the oven in such steam, but these delicacies take just 15 minutes, but the result is super delicious!

Grate cumin cheese, mince the meat.
The egg separates the yolk.
Egg whites are added to the cheese and meat. Also add spices, herbs and mix everything.
Cut the lavash in half and each side in 3 more parts (or, if you want bigger ones, in 2 parts - 4 patties will meet).
Put the filling on the lava corner and fold the triangles.
Smear them with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with cumin.
Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and bake for ~ 12 minutes.
