
Tomato paprika sauce
Vegetable sauce that will go well with both meat and fish dishes.

Heat a pan with olive oil (10 g) and fry the chopped onion and garlic.
Add curry powder, cumin, turmeric, paprika and salt. Fry while stirring for ~5 minutes.
Add chopped tomatoes, coconut milk, chickpeas.
Bring to a boil, stirring, then reduce the heat and simmer for 6 to 8 minutes, until ready.
Add the spinach and sauté for ~5 minutes.
Cook the rice - fry it in 10 g of oil, gradually add ~480 g of water, stir, turn off the heat and simmer until ready.
