 4 Small (40 g) tortillas (I had Santa Maria corn)
 2 Boiled eggs
 220 g Carrots (cooked)
 130 g 10% Cheese (or Cheese Man)
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
 Salt, garlic, spices of your choice, you can add greens

Grate carrots, eggs, cheese. Set aside 30 g of cheese.

Carrots, eggs, cheese mixed with cottage cheese, add squeezed garlic, salt, spices.

Put the first tortilla and apply part of the mass.

Put the second tortilla on top and put the mass on top again. Repeat with the other two tortillas.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 10 minutes.

Remove, sprinkle the remaining 30 g of cheese on top and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
