Rice porridge with pears and caramelized walnuts
Porridge has become an integral part of my morning breakfast
Something new and unusual this time. Well, a very cheesy cheesecake.
Grate carrots, eggs, cheese. Set aside 30 g of cheese.
Carrots, eggs, cheese mixed with cottage cheese, add squeezed garlic, salt, spices.
Put the first tortilla and apply part of the mass.
Put the second tortilla on top and put the mass on top again. Repeat with the other two tortillas.
The latter is covered by the mass.
Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 10 minutes.
Remove, sprinkle the remaining 30 g of cheese on top and put it back in the oven for another 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
