Pizza with Tuna and Tomatoes (without Eggs)
A delicious and healthy pizza made with wholemeal flour. One, two, done!
Aromatic and incredibly delicious curd, pear and blue cheese tarts. They make a great breakfast or snack.

Add melted butter and curd to the eggs and blend everything into a smooth mixture.
Add baking powder to the flour, and add the flour to the egg-curd mixture. Knead the dough and place it in the fridge for 20 minutes.
Remove and place in tart moulds, forming " borders" (I use silicone moulds, each with ~62 g of dough). Place small pieces of chopped pear (25 g) and cheese (10 g) on the dough.
Blend 2 eggs with egg whites, yoghurt, sweetener, cornstarch, and vanilla, then pour over the pear and cheese (~50 g).
Bake in the oven at ~175 °C for ~30-35 minutes.
