
Fruit berry muffins with cottage cheese (without flour)
The first time I tried baking without flour. I must say that it is very tasty, and most importantly simple and fast.
Fast, delicious and healthy! Super dessert for all occasions! A restaurant worthy of dessert - that's what I was told!

First, prepare the vanilla sauce - add milk, starch, sweetener and vanilla to the milk. Put on the fire and stir with a whisk, heat until the mass begins to thicken and bubble. Remove, set aside and cool.
Prepare granola - put honey and oatmeal on a pan and heat, stirring, until the oatmeal is browned. Set aside to cool.
Arrange in layers berries, sauce, and granola.
