Cold Soup
After a hot day, cold soup is probably what you crave most. And who doesn’t know how to make it? Still, everyone has their own favorite recipe. Mine doesn’t have any sausage or meat… :)
Fragrant and hearty cheese cupcakes are good for both breakfast and snacks.

Beat eggs with kefir and cottage cheese. Grated cheese.
Mix flour with soda, baking powder and spices.
To the beaten eggs add the dry ingredients, cheese and mix the dough, which is divided into four (or optionally one large or several smaller) molds (do not put the full molds - the dough will rise) and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 25 minutes.
