 2 Eggs
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 50 g Whole grain flour (I use corn)
 50 g Skimmed milk kefir
 30 g Granister hard cheese (50%, or any other cheese with a taste and aroma that you like)
 7 g Seed mix (sesame, linseed, sunflower seeds)
 3 g Baking powder
 3 g Soda
 Garlic granules
 Salt

Beat eggs with kefir and cottage cheese. Grated cheese.

Mix flour with soda, baking powder and spices.

To the beaten eggs add the dry ingredients, cheese and mix the dough, which is divided into four (or optionally one large or several smaller) molds (do not put the full molds - the dough will rise) and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 25 minutes.
