 1 Large egg (60 gr)
 250 g flour (I took 125 g of rice, 125 g of corn flour)
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 30 g Coconut oil (or butter)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for filling
 2 Eggs
 70 g Egg white
 700 g Skimmed milk curd
 400 g Plums (blue, local)
 150 g Skimmed milk kefir
 30 g Corn starch
 1 tsp. powder
 Sweetener of your choice
 Vanilla essence
Directions

Prepare the dough for the base - blend cottage cheese with egg, sweetener, and vanilla essence, add oil and flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough.

Put the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Take the dough out of the refrigerator and put it in the mold, forming the sides.

Prepare the filling - whisk cottage cheese with eggs, and kefir and add vanilla essence, sweetener, corn starch, add chopped plums.

Pour the curd mass onto the base and baked at ~175-180 °C degrees until done.
