 1 Large egg (60 gr)
 250 g flour (I took 125 g of rice, 125 g of corn flour)
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 30 g Coconut oil (or butter)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener of your choice
Ingredients for Filling
 2 Eggs
 70 g Egg white
 700 g Skimmed milk curd
 400 g Plums (blue, local)
 150 g Skimmed milk kefir
 30 g Corn starch
 1 tsp. powder
 Sweetener of your choice
 Vanilla essence
Directions

To the base of the finished dough - curd is blended with egg, sweetener, vanilla essence, add oil, flour mixed with baking powder and knead the dough.

Put the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

The dough is removed and applied to the mold to form side edges.

Finished filling - cottage cheese blended with eggs, kefir, add vanilla essence, sweetener, cornstarch, add sliced plums.

The curd mass is poured on the base and made to bake at ~ 175-180 degrees until ready.
