 1 Packet (90 g) "Wise Grains No 1"
 150 g Steamed salmon
 200 g Cucumbers
 200 g Tomato
 122 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 60 g Onion
 Lemon juice
 Vinegar (I used raspberry vinegar)
 Herb salt
Directions

Cook the Smart Grains according to the instructions. Leave to cool.

Cut the onion into thin slices and marinate in the vinegar. Set aside.

Cut the avocado and sprinkle/blend with lemon juice.

Divide the salmon into pieces

Cut the cucumber and tomato.

Mix all ingredients, and add salt to taste.
