Pistachio cream lavash cake (with protein)

I made a fantastic omelet this morning! with banana and cheese. Try it - it's delicious!
Beat the eggs with egg whites, add salt, spices and pour into the pan.
Bake on low heat in a pan under the lid.
Meanwhile, cut into slices bananas, grated cheeses.
When the bottom of the omelet is ready, remove from the heat.
Place a banana slice on one side of the omelette, sprinkle the Cheese Strongman, on top of Dorblu, fold, and press.
Put on the heat for a while until the cheese melts.
