 1 Whole grain (can also be classic) lavash (120g)
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 60 g Raspberries (or other berries / fruit)
 1 Egg (may or may not lay eggs)
 Sweetener optionally also some natural syrup (agave, maple leaf, date)
Directions

Raspberries cooked with sweetener and cooled.

Curd is blended with the egg white (leave the yolk for greasing), add raspberry puree.

Whole grain lavash is cut into 4 equal strips.

On each corner put curd - raspberry filling, folded into a triangle, smeared with egg yolk, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Put in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 12 minutes.
