I hadn't used oatmeal in baking my delicacies for a long time. And in vain. You too should try it!

Ingredients
 2 Eggs
 50 g Egg white
 150 g Kefir 2%
 125 g Whole oat flakes
 110 g Various dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, apricots, plums, dates)
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 1 tsp. Baking powder
Directions

Pour oat flakes with kefir, add eggs and leave to swell.

Dried fruits, if needed, also fill with water (if dry) and cut into larger pieces.

Add cottage cheese, dried fruits and baking powder to oatmeal. Put the mass into a mold, or into several small molds and bake at ~ 170 degrees ~ 50 minutes (depending on the oven).
