Soak the chickpeas overnight.
On the second day, drain the water, add fresh water, and 1/4 tsp baking soda and cook until tender (~40-45 min), skimming the froth occasionally.
Drain the water from the cooked chickpeas, place them in a bowl, add the tahini paste, lemon juice, salt, an ice cube, and finely chopped sundried tomatoes, and blend everything into a smooth paste.
