 500 g Plums (red and yellow)
 250 g Skimmed milk curd
 200 g Milk 2%
 16 g Vanilla sugar
 1 tsp. Baking powder

Directions

Cut the lavash into long strips and then into ~3 cm long pieces.

Beat the eggs in a bowl, add the curd, milk and sweetener and beat until smooth.

Cut the plums into small pieces and add to the egg-curd mixture.

Add the sliced lavash.

Mix everything, pour the batter into the tin and bake in the oven at 175 °C for ~40 minutes.
