 400 g Various dried fruits, berries, candies (I had everything like a little dried apricots, cranberries, cherries, dates, figs, raisins, mango candies and fresh apples)
 360 g Fresh apples
 3 Eggs
 160 g Milk 2%
 100 g Wholegrain buckwheat flour
 100 g Whole grain oatmeal
 80 g Liquid honey
 60 g Butter (soft)
 20 g Gingerbread seasoning
 8 g Baking powder
 Rum essence
Directions

The largest dried fruit is finely chopped, sprinkled with hot water and leave for 10 minutes. Then pour off the water.

Cut the apple into small cubes.

Whipped honey with soft butter until creamy. Gradually add the eggs, spices and whisk until smooth.

Gradually add milk and flour. Finally, stir in the dried fruits and apples.

The mass is poured into a form and baked at 170-175 degrees for ~ 60-80 minutes.
