 120 g Banana
 50 g Milk (2%)
 30 g Rice flour
 80 g Skimmed milk curd
 5 g Cocoa (may not be available)

Beat eggs with 1/2 banana, milk, add flour.

Bake the pancake at a very low temperature in a pan under the lid.

Curd is blended with the other side of the banana if you want to add cocoa.

The pancake is smeared with cottage cheese-banana cream, folded and enjoyed a delicious breakfast.
