 1200 g Water
 612 g Pumpkin
 400 g Sweet potato
 300 g Oyster mushrooms (or other mushrooms)
 209 g Bell pepper (paprica)
 180 g Processed cheese "Dzintars Baltija"
 115 g Onion
 13 g Garlic
 15 g Oil
 Salt, pepper, spices of your choice
Directions

Peel and cut the vegetables (except the onion) and put them in a pot with boiling water and boil.

Cut the mushrooms and onion and fry them in oil.

When the vegetables are ready, blend them with a blender and add processed cheese and fried mushrooms and onions.

Boil. Add the greens as desired.
