I have been educating myself about this for a long time. Then, it happened on vacation!
Delicious, healthy, protein-rich buns, flour-free and gluten-free.

Blend all ingredients until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous.
Pour the mixture into small tins– I made four small loaves. But you can, of course, bake one large loaf.
Bake in a preheated oven at 170-175 °C for ~30 minutes.
