The beef is cut into pieces and boiled in a pot with water,
Meanwhile, cut the cabbage, grate carrots and beets.
Chop the onion and fry in a hot pan 10 g of oil with chopped garlic.
When the meat is almost ready, add the fried onions with garlic, cabbage and carrots.
Boil until the vegetables are soft, add the grated beets and couscous.
Cook for another 15 minutes and remove from the heat.
