
Raspberry or lingonberry cake (vegan)
This vegan cake is not complicated and is really, very delicious. If you are not friends with dairy products and eggs - it will be a great alternative to all cakes.

Soak the lentils the night before.
Rinse in the morning, add 50 g of clean water and blend into a homogeneous slurry.
Add grated cheese, garlic, spinach (or other greens), mix and fry the pancakes in a lightly greased pan - low temperature.
Avocado is blended with salt and pepper to taste.
