Ingredients for the dough
 1 Egg
 200 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Rice flour
 ½ tsp. Baking powder
 Salt to taste
Ingredients for filling
 1 Boiled egg
 40 g Cheese (I had 10% SN cheese, you can use Mozzarella 8.5%, or some thicker cheese — if you can afford it)
 15 g Scallions
 Salt, garlic, spices of your choice

Mix the egg with cottage cheese, add salt, flour, baking powder. Knead the dough, put in a bag and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling: grate the egg, cheese, cut the onions, add salt (can a little garlic).

Remove the dough and divide into 4 equal parts.

Pour a little flour on the table and roll out / flatten each piece of dough by hand so that the filling can be placed in the middle of it (or, in wet hands - a flat pancake with a filling in the middle) is squeezed so that the filling stays inside. .

Bake in a pan lightly smeared with oil (under the lid) for ~ 10 minutes on one side and ~ 8 on the other.
