A delicious vegetable stew with turkey fillet meatballs.

Add the egg, salt, pepper and spices of your choice to the turkey mince and form round meatballs with wet hands. Place on a heated and greased (5 g) frying pan and fry. Set aside.
Cut the bell pepper and mushrooms, chop the onion and garlic.
Place the sliced mushrooms in a deeper pan and fry/sauté until the water evaporates.
Add the bell pepper, onion, garlic and frozen vegetables to the mushrooms. Sauté for ~15 minutes.
Add the fried frikadeles, coconut milk and curry paste and sauté until done.
