 5 Eggs
 350 g Chinese cabbage
 340 g Cucumber
 120 g Leek
 20 g Dill
Ingredients for "Mayonnaise"
 300 g Fat curd cream Alma
 120 g Avocado
 35 g Spinach
 20 g Garlic (I like it a lot)
 10 g Honey
 5 g Basil leaves
 Salt (I use herbal salt)
Directions

Boil the eggs. Cool them and grate them.

Prepare mayonnaise - mix all the ingredients and whisk with a blender.

Cut Chinese cabbage, cucumbers, leeks, and dill.

Mix eggs with vegetables and "mayonnaise". Add salt as needed.
