Oatmeal pancake with strawberries
I can't share a simple and delicious breakfast recipe!
Pay attention to the overall nutritional value. Ideal salad for slimming - eat all day and do not be afraid of excess weight.
Cut chicken fillet, prunes. Grate (or cut) cheese, eggs, cucumbers. The greens and walnuts are chopped.
Finished mayonnaise: non-fat cottage cheese cream mixed with yogurt. Add garlic, herbs, grass, pepper.
All ingredients are either mixed together or greased with mayonnaise.

One of my favorite breakfasts is oatmeal pancakes. Filled - can be anything. I just got cheese this morning.
