
Chicken fillets - pumpkin meatballs with couscous
Delicious, comfortable, healthy. Such lunch with easy to take with you to work or on the road when tired of boiled chicken fillet with cereals or vegetables.
One of my favorite breakfasts is oatmeal pancakes. Filled - can be anything. I just got cheese this morning.
Add kefir, egg white, a little salt to the oatmeal and blend everything into a homogeneous mass.
Set aside so that the flakes "rest" a little and swell.
Pour the dough into a heated, minimally greased (or even greased, if good) pan and bake at a very low temperature under the lid.
When the bottom is ready, put grated cheese on one side of the pancake, fold over the other half, put the lid on and remove from the heat.
Hold for 5 minutes to melt the cheese and enjoy a delicious breakfast.

Oh, my heart rejoices! I don't believe in myself, but I'm so proud of myself! I did it! A long time ago, I saw this kind of cake on the i-net. Of course, unhealthy. But, well, so beautiful! And I had the idea to make one, but of course in the healthy version.
