Millet porridge with cheese
My holiday simple breakfast. Millet with cheese and greens. Simple, hearty and delicious.
One of my favorite breakfasts is oatmeal pancakes. Filled - can be anything. I just got cheese this morning.
Add kefir, egg white, a little salt to the oatmeal and blend everything into a homogeneous mass.
Set aside so that the flakes "rest" a little and swell.
Pour the dough into a heated, minimally greased (or even greased, if good) pan and bake at a very low temperature under the lid.
When the bottom is ready, put grated cheese on one side of the pancake, fold over the other half, put the lid on and remove from the heat.
Hold for 5 minutes to melt the cheese and enjoy a delicious breakfast.
