Quinoa salad with beans and vegetables

Ingredients
 50 g Tricolor quinoa (or couscous, or any other cereal you like. However, I like couscous the best)
 110 g Water
 225 g Red beans (canned, rinsed before salting)
 190 g Bell pepper (paprika)
 120 g Avocado
 100 g Cherry novels
 100 g Green peas (I had frozen, sprinkled with hot water for 2 minutes to thaw)
 40 g Onion green feather
 15 g Dill
 15 g Parsley
 10 g Garlic
 ½ tbsp Lemon juice
 Herb salt, pepper
Directions

Rinse the quinoa thoroughly and bring to a boil. The cooking time must be looked at individually on the packaging, as there are different quinoes and each has its own cooking time. Cool.

Cut all the vegetables, greens, squeeze the garlic, sprinkle the green peas with hot water and thaw.

Put all the vegetables in a bowl, quinoa. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper. Mix - one two and ready!
