 1 Egg
 60 g Kefir or milk (2%)
 40 g Oat flakes
 A little salt, a little sweetener
Ingredients for filling
 100 g Skimmed milk curd
 100 g Fresh strawberries
Preparation

Beat the egg with kefir / milk, a little salt, a little sweetener, add oatmeal.

Set aside so that the flakes swell slightly (you can also cover everything).

Add 50 g of crushed strawberries and sweetener to the curd. Stir in another 50 g of strawberries, which are cut into small pieces.

Pour the dough into a pan and fry the pancake on both sides. Bake on a very low flame.

Cool slightly and place on one side the curd-strawberry mixture.

Fold in and enjoy a delicious breakfast!
