Parsnip, cauliflower puree
The parsnip puree is very tasty and delicate. I combined it with cauliflower and it came out very, very tasty. I served it with pangasius fillet cutlets.
Gentle, delicious, moist chocolate cake with a "note" of orange flavor.

You will need 3 dishes for cooking. In one put a whole banana, 1 egg yolk (egg white in 3 containers), cocoa and blend.
Add flour with baking powder. Optionally add sweetener. All is blended.
Stir in 10 g of crushed chocolate.
In the second bowl put 1/2 banana, 1 egg yolk, orange juice and whisk everything.
Add flour with baking powder. Optional sweetener.
Whisk the egg whites into a stiff foam - mix half in one dough, brush half in the other dough.
Put one spoonful of the dough in the shape, spoon the other dough ... until the whole dough is in shape.
Put in the oven at 170 degrees and bake for ~ 50 minutes.

Simple sandwiches with curd and scallions. A classic, I have to say. And classics are always "in" and delicious!
