Cheesecake with cherries
I have been trying different variations for the base of cheese cakes for a long time and this is probably the best solution so far.
I don't always succeed as planned. This time I was planning to bake lavash pies. However, the lavash was so dry that it broke before I could cut it the way I wanted it to. The result is one large patty and a 2-story pizza.
First cut the mushrooms, onions, peppers, squeeze the garlic and fry everything in a pan. Cool and drain off excess liquid.
Grate the cheese (~ 30g set aside), cut the green onions and mix with the cooled vegetables.
Then it was planned to cut the lavash into strips and put the filling on the corner and fold in patties. I got one patty, but on the other part I made a 2-layer pizza - I sprinkled half of the remaining filling on one half plate, put the other half plate on top and sprinkled the remaining filling on it.
Place in the oven at 180 degrees for 12 minutes.
Remove from the oven, sprinkle the cheese hot and put it back in the oven to melt the cheese.
