Anthill
One of my favorite childhood treats was an anthill. And you can already imagine how much Kcal it was… I offer a healthier version so we can enjoy and not sin!
What, well, very ready persimmon in my fruit basket to ask to eat it… Eat it just like that? Well, it's not interesting to me, so this morning I had an omelette with persimmons for breakfast. And Jug cheese.
Beat eggs, egg whites and yogurt.
Pour the mass into a pan and bake at low temperature (under the lid) until the bottom is torn.
On one side of the omelette put slices of persimmon, and grated cheese on top.
Fold, press and leave the pan under the lid to melt the cheese.
