Oat flakes pie with pear and blue cheese
This is another variation of a delicious pie with pears and blue cheese. It's simply delicious, and I definitely recommend you try it!
To say this was delicious is an understatement. Well, very tasty!
Cut the chicken breast lengthwise and cut it into slices, but not too thin, so that it does not tear. Season with a little salt and pepper.
Mash the feta cheese with a fork and add chopped spinach, basil, garlic, salt and pepper (be careful with salt, because feta cheese is salty). Mix everything together.
Put the filling (feta with spinach and basil) on the chicken fillet in the middle. Fold the fillet over the filling and fasten the edges with toothpicks.
Heat a pan (very hot), smear it with oil (10 g), and quickly (~1-2 minutes on each side) fry the stuffed chicken fillets.
Put the pockets in a heat-resistant dish, cover it with foil, and put it in an oven heated to 180 °C for ~15-20 minutes. Turn on the browning function 5 minutes before the end of baking.
Remove from the oven and let it "rest" under the foil for 5 minutes. Serve with vegetable sauce https://dietsabc.com/recipes/tomatu-paprikas-merce/
Or with vegetables baked in the oven, or boiled cereals.
