Delicious cheese tongs

If you are a cheese lover and still take care of your weight, then you definitely need to prepare this one!

Delicious cheese tongs
Servings3 Serving
CategoryDifficultyEasy
Ingredients
 1 Egg
 150 g Skimmed milk curd
20 g Butter (may or may not be enough, cheese fat will suffice)
60 g "Lauku" 10% cheese or any other light cheese (you can put more, of course, but then there will be more Kcal)
 70 g Flour (I use rice flour)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
Garlic (you can do without it, but I really like it if it's present)
 Salt, a pinch of sweetener
 1 egg yolk-smear
Sesame seeds or cumin (for sprinkling)
1

Mix / blend the egg with cottage cheese.

2

Add grated cheese, spices, flour, baking powder and mix into a dough.

3

Divide the dough into 6 equal parts. Unroll the "6 sticks" and twist them together.

4

Spread with egg yolk, sprinkled with sesame seeds or cumin.

5

Bake at 175-180 degrees for ~ 25 minutes.
