Banana - date - cocoa muffins
One of the tastiest cakes I have made!
When you get tired of eating just chicken fillet to lose weight, we make it a delicious "sausage".
Put sliced chicken fillet, onion, garlic, egg, milk in a food processor and grind everything into a "porridge".
Add starch, adjika, spices and blend everything again. A self-liquid mass must be obtained which can be squeezed out of the pastry bag.
Heat the pan, lightly grease it and squeeze it into the pan with the aid of a pastry bag (or simply take the usual bag to be cut). I got 8 "sausages".
Fry on both sides. One and two and ready!
Served with fresh vegetable salad and avocado-garlic-herb sauce, or for those who like a sharper feeling, a sharp adjika.
