
Spinach mushroom waffles (lactose and gluten free)
Strange composition, but I claim that very, very delicious waffles came together. And with pre-cooked guacamole-perfect!
I don't really remember the last time I cooked pearls. And in vain… So delicious!
Rinse the pearls in several waters, sprinkle with hot water and leave to soak (I did it in the morning, but in the evening).
Boil the pearls ready. Drain off excess water.
While the pears are boiling, cut the onions and fry in oil in a heated pan (10 g).
Grate the carrots and cut the mushrooms into thin slices. Add the onion to the pan. Bake / saute ready with the addition of salt and pepper.
Add the finished pearls to the mushrooms and vegetables. Add greens.

Light and very delicious chicken soup. I use marinated and smoked chicken gyros for taste.
Wanted something crispy, and not sweet. Whole grain cookies with seeds and cheese.
