 15 g Garlic
 10 g Mustard
 5 g Oil
 Salt, pepper to taste

 940 g Cauliflower
 240 g Broccoli
 100 g Milk 2%
 Salt, herbs of choice

Marinate chicken fillet in adjika, mustard, garlic and spices the night before.

On the second day, fillet a little, heat the pan with 5 g of oil, wrap the chicken fillet in sesame seeds, put in a heated pan and bake for 3 - 4 minutes on each side.

Cauliflower and broccoli are divided into small rosettes and boiled in salted water.
