 170 g Skimmed milk curd
 80 g Cumin cheese "Līgo"
 80 g Flour (I use corn)
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 5 g Oil
 Salt, garlic
Ingredients for Sauce
 100 g Natural yogurt Skyr
 20 g Sweet chilli mango sauce ("Buga" 122 Kcal / 100g)
 Basil, salt
Directions

Mix the egg with cottage cheese.

Add grated cumin cheese, flour, baking powder, salt garlic - mix.

Put the pancakes in a heated pan with a spoon. Bake at VERY low temperatures on both sides golden brown.
