Curd casserole with apple and pear
Even on a diet, you want treats, and this curd casserole turns out very tasty!
Chicken fillet prepared a little differently.

Cut the chicken fillet into thin strips, season with salt, and pepper, sprinkle with spices, and beat it off with a kitchen hammer.
Grate the carrots, chop the bell pepper, finely chop the onion, squeeze out the garlic and fry everything in a frying pan. Cool it down.
Add spinach, grated cheese, and cottage cheese - mix everything.
Line a small bowl with cling film and place the chicken fillets in it - so that the edges of the fillet hang over the sides of the bowl.
Fill with the prepared mass of vegetables and cheese.
Cover the stuffing with chicken fillet.
Turn the bowl over on the baking sheet, and remove the bowl and the cling film.
Repeat with the remaining fillet and vegetables.
Place in a preheated 180 ° C oven and bake for ~ 35-40 minutes.
After baking, I realized that it is better to bake all this in a deep dish, initially covering the dish with foil and removing it only 10 minutes before the end of baking. This will make the chicken fillet juicier.
