Even on a diet, you want treats, and this curd casserole turns out very tasty!

Ingredients (tin diameter 30 cm )
 2 Eggs
 250 g Egg white
 400 g Skimmed milk curd
 300 g Natural yoghurt (for me "Actifeel Greek style")
 220 g Pear
 250 g Apple
 70 g Whey protein
 40 g Corn starch
 1 tsp. Baking powder
 Sweetener (for me, 50 g erythritol + vanilla flavoured intense drop sweetener)
 Vanilla
Directions

Whisk the eggs with the egg white and erythritol and the other sweetener. Whisk until the mass increases in volume.

Add the curd, yoghurt and beat until smooth.

Add the protein, cornstarch and baking powder.

Stir in the fruits, cut into pieces.

Bake in the oven at ~170-175 °C for ~30-35 minutes.
