 100 g Onion
 70 g Korean carrots
 20 g Garlic
 25 g Greens (dill)
 20 g Adjika
 10 g Mustard
 10 g Extra virgin oil
 2 tbsp Teriyaki sauce
 Salt, lemon pepper, Provencal herbs (any spices optional)

Chicken fillet is marinated in adzhika and mustard.

Cut the sweet pepper, onions, chop garlic, greens.

Grate (or chop) the zucchini and place it in a large bowl. Sprinkle and mix with various spices (lemon pepper, salt, herbs, etc.).

Put the chicken fillet cut into strips in a frying pan, add the teriyaki sauce, fry, and remove from the stove.

Fry the onion, garlic, sweet pepper, and 10 g of oil in a pan. Add zucchini, chicken fillet, and Korean carrots, stir and fry for ~ 5 minutes.
