Oatmeal cookies with peanut butter

Oh, these treats! So good!
Grate the apple. Add lemon juice, raisins, semolina and refrigerate for ~ 1 hour.
After an hour remove, add chopped chocolate, protein, flour.
The dough is placed immediately on a baking paper or silicone mat and spread with wet hands in a square / rectangular shape.
Cut 8 parts with a knife and place in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 30-35 minutes (look at the stove).
Finished product weight 525
