 200 g Grated fresh apple
 80 g Whole-grain semolina
 80 g Rice flour
 50 g Raisins
 50 g Whey protein (you can omit it, but add more rice flour)
 40 g Chocolate without sugar
 15 g Coconut oil
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Directions

Grate the apple. Add lemon juice, raisins, and semolina, then put the mixture in the fridge for about an hour.

After an hour, remove from the fridge and add chopped chocolate, protein powder, and flour.

Place the dough directly onto baking paper or a silicone mat and, using wet hands, spread it out into a square or rectangular shape.

Cut it into 8 pieces with a knife and bake in the oven at 180 °C for about 30–35 minutes (keep an eye on it).
