Ingredients
 200 g Grated fresh apple
 80 g Whole grain semolina
 80 g Rice flour
 50 g Raisins
 50 g Whey protein (may not put, but add more rice flour)
 40 g "RED" chocolate without sugar
 15 g Coconut oil
 2 tbsp Lemon juice
Directions

Grate the apple. Add lemon juice, raisins, semolina and refrigerate for ~ 1 hour.

After an hour remove, add chopped chocolate, protein, flour.

The dough is placed immediately on a baking paper or silicone mat and spread with wet hands in a square / rectangular shape.

Cut 8 parts with a knife and place in the oven at 180 degrees for ~ 30-35 minutes (look at the stove).
