 1 Whole grain lava
 60 g Spray extra virgin oil
 Taco seasoning

Cut with scissors lavash into small squares.

Saber in a bowl. Spread oil and add spices.

Mix by hand and place in a frying pan.

Put in the oven at ~ 150 degrees and freeze for ~ 15 minutes. The treat is ready!

* natural yogurt + herbs + garlic + spices
* 3.5 % kefir + greens + Alma fat-free cottage cheese mass + spices
* natural yogurt + pickle + garlic + greens
* natural yogurt + tomato paste + chilli + greens
