Something very unusual for your attention. I wanted to bake something with avocado for a long time. Yes, Kcal is not very low, but still they are healthy Kcal - :)

Ingredients
 120 g Ready avocado
 30 g Cheese (15g Strongman + 15g Cheese, but can be any other)
 80 g Natural yogurt Skyr
 160 g Rice flour (maybe a little more - depends on the avocado)
  tsp Baking powder
 20 g Sesame seeds
 Herbal salt (or common), thyme, Provencal herbs, pepper
Preparation

Cover the avocado with yogurt.

Finely grate the cheese and add to the avocado-yogurt mass.

Add spices, flour, sesame seeds and baking powder.

Knead the dough until it practically sticks to your hands.

Divide into 10 equal parts (I got 35g each).

Save the balls, place on a plate. With a fork press crosswise stripes, sprinkled with sesame seeds.

Bake for ~ 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees (look at the stove and when the grated cheese turns brown).
