Salad with couscous, avocado, dried cranberries and pecans

Something very unusual for your attention. I wanted to bake something with avocado for a long time. Yes, Kcal is not very low, but still they are healthy Kcal - :)
Cover the avocado with yogurt.
Finely grate the cheese and add to the avocado-yogurt mass.
Add spices, flour, sesame seeds and baking powder.
Knead the dough until it practically sticks to your hands.
Divide into 10 equal parts (I got 35g each).
Save the balls, place on a plate. With a fork press crosswise stripes, sprinkled with sesame seeds.
Bake for ~ 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees (look at the stove and when the grated cheese turns brown).

Porridge can really be so different and so delicious! I admit, I like two "unhealthy" cheeses - Dorblu cheese with mold and Jug cheese. The good thing is that you do not have to give them up, because sometimes only 10 g is enough to give the food a unique nuance and a completely different taste.
