Broccoli and cauliflower soup with mushrooms and smoked chicken breast

This soup is, well, very, very low calorie. And at the same time, it's hearty enough.

Ingredients
 1500 g Water
 600 g Cauliflower
 500 g Broccoli
 400 g Mushrooms (I used champignons)
 200 g Tomato
 70 g Onion
 25 g Garlic
 20 g Spinach
 250 g Smoked chicken breast
 180 g Processed cheese "Dzintars"
 Salt, pepper, your favourite spices
Directions

Pour water into a pot and set to boil.

Divide the cauliflower into rosettes, finely chop the onion and garlic, put them all in a pot and cook.

Chop the broccoli in a food processor (not completely mushed) and set aside.

Cut the mushrooms and sauté in a pan.

Cut the smoked chicken breast into small pieces.

Blend the cauliflower in a pot with a hand blender when it is soft.

Add the sautéed mushrooms, tomatoes, chicken breast and cook for ~10 minutes.

Add the chopped broccoli, spinach and processed cheese.

Add salt, pepper and spices and cook until ready.
