Pistachio cream lavash cake (with protein)
Holiday snack. Another simple and delicious recipe, which requires only 4 ingredients.
So delicious that even my cat quietly ate half of my portion… - :)
Squeeze the cottage cheese, add one egg white, grated eggs and grated cheese.
Add chopped greens, spices and mix everything.
Spread half of the mass on 1/3 of the lavash, fold, put the rest of the mass, fold with the remaining edge of the lavash.
Smear with beaten egg yolk and sprinkle with seeds.
Bake at 180 degrees for ~ 20 minutes.
Finished product weight 670
