Beat eggs and egg whites with curd.
Wash the orange thoroughly, cut it with all the peel and add it to the curd-egg mixture.
Add the raisins and cranberries. Finely chop the remaining fruits and add them to the mass too.
Mix everything and place on a tray lined with baking paper. Firmly press and compact.
Bake at ~150 °C for ~40 minutes (until the surface remains brown and the mass remains firm).
Cool and cut into smaller pieces like cookies or larger ones like muesli bars.
