
Omelette with cheese, tomatoes and green onions
One of the greatest breakfast dishes for me is an omelette. Its variations are endless. I offer one of them!
Such well-cooked waffles are the perfect solution for a delicious, healthy and balanced meal. Anywhere and anytime.

Steam the pumpkin (peel it, cut it into small pieces, and put it in the microwave for ~7 min) and whisk it with a blender.
Add all other dough ingredients. Stir.
Prepare the filling - rub the boiled eggs into a separate container and add the finely chopped tomato and cheese (chopped or grated). Add mayonnaise and spices. Mix everything.
Put a large spoonful of dough in a preheated waffle iron, and smooth it out a little. Put a spoonful of filling on top, and another spoonful of dough on top. Close the waffle iron, press lightly, and bake for ~ 5 minutes.
