Wholemeal breakfast buns
One, two and warm, delicious breakfast buns ready!
I don't even know what exactly to write except: be sure to cook this delicacy! Unrealistically delicious! I wouldn't even need any cakes: if I could eat one every day !.
First, fry the mushrooms with the onion. Set aside to cool.
Grate zucchini, carrots, add egg, flour, salt, pepper, spices, garlic, baking powder.
For the filling: grated cheese, herbs, mixed with mushrooms, spices.
Put the dough in a pan with a cup, which is minimally smeared with oil, smooth and bake at a very low temperature under the lid for ~ 12 minutes.
When the bottom is baked, the filling is placed on one side of the pancake.
Fold the pancake in half, press and allow to cook for another 3-5 minutes under the lid until the cheese melts.
